People just like yourself have been using subliminal videos to modify their life for the better for many years. The definition for subliminal is hypnotic kind programming that is just below your conscious level.

It has long been known that in order to create lasting measurable change in yourself it is needed for you to access the subliminal or subconscious part of your mind. However, having said that, you should be interested that most of your subconscious programming has taken place over an entire lifetime and it is unlikely to be changed in a few hours or days. In addition you may have several issues that overlap and may need more than one subliminal recording to reprogram. A example my be self confidence issues. You may have low self esteem and listen to a subliminal recording to boost this area but find that after listening to it for a week you still lack self esteem.

Reprogramming of the subconscious mind takes time and you will usually see lasting results after about twenty-eight days. It is my rule of thumb to give all personal development tools at least a month before looking for bona fide tangible results.

To those of you who are unconvinced of the effectiveness of subliminal messages I would ask this. Have you ever heard a piece of music in the morning without paying much attention to it yet had it in your head all day, perhaps even humming or singing it throughout your day?

Therefore it is essential for adults to display positive behavior in front of their kids. They need to learn how to deal with panic attacks and depression and not let it affect their children. They must bear in mind that the child is a very keen observer and will easily learn the negative behaviors from adults if he is consistently exposed to them.

Other factors too come into picture here. For example - parents may sometimes not have good relations with each other. This can have a big impact on the small child. The innocent childhood of the kids may be damaged due to domestic troubles between father and mother.

Such children may find it difficult to handle stressful situations later on in their own adult lives. They may become victims of the dreaded anxiety disorder.

Learning to deal with stress is a huge skill for anyone. children who had happy childhood are likely to be good at dealing with stress and would probably be more in control of their own emotions. They may go through their adult lives with more ease and confidence if they did not have a traumatic childhood to deal with.

It is indeed possible to get over this problem of anxiousness and constant worry. You need not be a slave to it all your life. The only thing you need to remember is to have a strong resolve and be committed to your goals just as a warrior will be keen on killing his enemy.

You need not be afraid of obstacles and problems for they visit the lives of each of us from time to time. When the going gets tough the tough get going. There is a huge lesson in this for all of us.

Mediocrity is becoming a way of the world so it’s always a refreshing surprise to encounter people who are in the habit of going the extra mile. There are rare individuals who go out of their way for others.

They are people who actually “liven up your day” by doing something for you that you never expect.

We have come to be jaded when we engage in our work or in our relationships because of mediocrity around us. It infects us, drags us down. Sometimes we do the bare minimum required or we simply ignore an unction to go a little beyond what is required.

Fortunately, there are still people who operate on a different plane, who set an example to follow. They simply have a habit that makes them the special people of this world.

A mechanic who is particularly courteous, a co-worker who helps you solve your problem not in their job description, or even a family member who does something to handle your crisis or lighten your load. All these people are focusing on making your day a bit happier and delightful and they are getting great benefits themselves sometimes not even realizing it.

You see, they know that going the extra mile can never be a bad thing. It’s a great attitude to apply to life no matter who you are or what you do. Your positive attitude is something that shines out beyond the boundaries of what you think your deeds mean to others.

Think of it this way. There’s nothing that beats the exhilaration when someone surprises you by going the extra mile, Yes? Conversly, there is nothing like the feeling you will get when you are the one blessing another human being.

I can remind you here of a world where service was always superior and delivered with a honest smile. You will still see it today but it’s a rare event anymore. We now come to expect low quality service with a phony smile everywhere we go.

We are quite startled when a clerk actually seems to want to keep our business. Unfortunately, it’s possible to still earn a paycheck without ever having to go beyond the boundaries of what you will and will not do in terms of service to others but, if you stretch yourself beyond what is expected, there are great benefits to be had.

1.Protect against becoming a control freak. Other individuals do have the capability to think and make decisions. Don’t take for granted you always have all the answers. Even God allows individuals to use their brains. Micro managing brilliant and gifted people will only misuse your time and encourage them to find a place so they can use all their brain to use their talents.

2. Don’t damage people. High powered achievers are prone to run roughshod over people when a objective is in their sights. Treat folks with respect. Be a team player not a scream player. An humble apology now and then may very well generate a team of cheerleaders to encourage you own.

3.Stay away from tunnel vision. There is a life to live outside your tunnel. Slow down and let others to enjoy the victory with you. Take a break and get pleasure from your successes. Also spend some time celebrating with the people who helped you arrive in victory lane. Don’t disregard the people who have worked so heartily to help you succeed. Take off the blinders and see the people around you.

4. Don’t burn out. Your body has limitations no matter how swiftly your brain might whiz. Get pleasure from the journey not just the destination. The wheel won’t whirl if the hamster dies. There are some things that the great team that surrounds you can’t do for you. They cannot work out for you. They cannot eat healthy for you. They can’t stop smoking for you. They can’t take the morning jog for you. They can’t get the correct amount of sleep for you. These are actions you have to do for yourself.

These four words of caution can help who expect a lot but also respect a lot!

You need to identify what is most important in your life, write them down.

One of the biggest enemies of keeping focused and staying motivated is procrastination.

Tip Two

Do you focus on your weakness?

That little voice inside your head that keeps telling you, you can not do it. It is important to focus on your strengths because by focusing on your weakness you are actually sabotaging your own progress.

Tip Three

Have you ever put off doing the important things?

You need to keep a to do list and list all the important things that you need to get done in that day and put them in priority order and most importantly follow your list.

I find it helpful to do my, to do list the night before.

Having a, to do list and following it will help to motivate you into taking action and keep you motivated.

Tip Four

Do you find yourself talking yourself out of doing things?

Negative talk will sabotage you progress.

This is a fantastic quote that I read in Anthony Robbins book.

Society Predicts but you determine you future

I change to suit me by say that society may predict but I determine my future.

So instead of saying you can’t say you can.

I Can do it

when you awake in the morning say: this is going to be a lovely day and I am thankful for today.

I am a success
I am a good mother / father / daughter / son
I am a good wife
I am beautiful

These are just a few but you can modify and change it around but always start with I am.

At first it may sound and feel strange but eventually you will start to feel more at ease with saying it.

You must remember that you are special and you have potential and you can do what ever you want in your life because you write your own story to by changing you thinking you will change your life.

It is important to keep a few affirmations. This will help to keep you focued and also keep your motivation levels up.

Keep affirmations close to you until you can remember them and read then daily and when you find yourself talking or thinking negatively.

Get Rid Of Clutter

Waiting for a New Year’s Resolution to sort out the clutter that’s been there ages ago? You should act now or it will continue to pile up and would mean more work for you when you begin to straighten it out. Consider this, a clutter left there would mean a waste of money since it is costly to clean it, costly to store it, and costly if you don’t use it. Throwing out things may be difficult for some people because it might bear a certain emotional value. But on the more practical side, do you really need it?

Start sorting things one room at a time so that you can have a feel of the things that you need and don’t need. Never get tempted to jump to another room. It will just worsen the clutter you’ve made in the previous room.

First of all, prepare three trash bags labeled with the following - “Trash”,”Donate” and “Recycle”. Even though trash is already trash, some items can be recycled and you can probably earn a little bit of profit from it. The “Donate” bag is for those items that are still in good condition and someone else might still use them. You can hand this down to none profit organizations, charitable institutions and shelters which can be a good morale booster. The “Trash” bag is a bag for broken and tattered items, expired items, etc. These items should go straight to the garbage bins since these are unusable.

Tips on the how to determine if you should throw it:

On Clothes and Shoes

o If you are not comfortable wearing it or if it’s too tight to wear.
o If those shoes can give you blisters and hurt your feet.
o If the style will be returning 10 years from now and you’ll likely end up buying something new.

On Display Items and Decors

o Figurine and other display decors that don’t fit your theme.
o Plastic flowers and vases that’s been ages old and need to be replaced by more vibrant ones.
o Souvenirs or giveaways from debuts and weddings that’s just accumulating dusts.
o Picture frames and pictures that has faded over the years.
o Diplomas and certificates these may be worth keeping in a safe place.

On Other Items

o Expired medicines, make-ups, and cleaning aides
o Outdated magazines and newspapers
o Broken or cracked items.

Organizing the Sorted Stuff

Measure the shelves on where you plan to put your containers.
Acquire boxes or plastic containers that fit perfectly on your shelves.
Categorize and Label your boxes or bins so it would be easier for you to find something.

Organizing may entail a lot of work but this will definitely reflect a positive attitude towards your day. Waking up on an organized pad would always be the best motivator to be on the go and to face our daily tasks.
