Make Positive Changes In Your Life In 30 Days

Saturday, December 26th, 2009

Do you want to make changes in your life? Do you want a detailed plan to help you make positive changes? Are you willing to commit to 30 days to make it a reality? Do you want to do this without having to purchase some complicated self help program? Then keep reading, because I’m going to give you an easy step by step method to get the ball rolling.

What is this method? It is through the repetition of positive affirmations. Now, I know what you are thinking. Oh, that affirmation thing again, but just here me out. Deal? It will only take a few minutes out of your life to read this article and if it doesn’t work you have only lost the 5 minutes it will take you to read this because I’m NOT gonna ask you for money. I just want to share with you, how affirmations can make a big difference in your life.

Let me just say that positive affirmations alone, will not create that change in your life, if you do not follow through. What I mean by this is that affirmations do have the power to refocus you and to create a new positive vibration that attracts new opportunities into your life, but if you do not act on those opportunities you will be no better off than you are today.

How do you create that new vibration that attracts opportunities into your life? You do it by reciting affirmations that are relevant to your hopes and dreams. For example, if you want to get a new job, your affirmation might look like this, “ I am creative and innovative and because of this I am an asset to any company I apply to”. If your goal is to lose weight, your loseing weight affirmation might look like this, “healthy foods taste good and are good for my health“.

O.K., but how does this create a more positive vibration that pulls new opportunities into my life? It all has to do with the law of attraction. The law of attraction states that like things attract likes. All thought has a vibration uniquely it’s own and positive thoughts bring positive results where negative thoughts bring negative results. We are bombarded by negativity every day. Studies show that we encounter 8 negatives for every positive. This is why we must recite affirmations. So, that we are evening out the number of positives we encounter, so that they out weigh the negatives. Makes sense right? Good, let’s move on, shall we?

How long does this take? Experts say, it takes 30 days to change a habit and so it would be reasonable to believe that it would take the same amount of time to change our negative beliefs. Some people however, experience significant changes right away. The best measure is when you find yourself faced with negative thoughts like, Wow, I look fat in this, that you release that thought and replace it with your new affirmation a couple times. This will help to even out those odds.

So, how bout it? Give it 30 days? If it works, think of all the great things you will accomplish. If it doesn’t work, are you really any worse off?

The Use Of Subliminal Messages To Improve Yourself

Tuesday, June 30th, 2009

People just like yourself have been using subliminal videos to modify their life for the better for many years. The definition for subliminal is hypnotic kind programming that is just below your conscious level.

It has long been known that in order to create lasting measurable change in yourself it is needed for you to access the subliminal or subconscious part of your mind. One excellent method of doing this is through the use of subliminal programming by audios or subliminal pictures. By using subliminal recordings you can bypass the conscious mind and reprogram your inner mind through the use of carefully selected subliminal messages.

Subliminal messages can be constructed for a lot of things like reducing stress, inducing relaxation, creating motivation , for better study habits, smoking cessation or losing weight, to name but a few! The subliminal messages that are passed to your subconscious mind actually do begin to change your thinking patterns and physical habits. So lets look at exactly how do their work.

Subliminal programs contain positive affirmations that are intended to help the listener achieve a change in a specific area they have chosen or to achieve a particular goal they have set. The physical brain receives these affirmations at a subconscious level and because there is no interference from the critical conscious mind.

The subconscious mind, which is where are beliefs and attitudes are stored, without delay begins the work of making the subliminal messages a reality in your life.

Subliminal messages to change your attitudes bypass the analytical critical conscious mind and start to reprogram the subconscious mind much like reprogramming a computer.

When subliminal messages, embedded in a piece of music or masked with ocean waves or in subliminal pictures, are used, the beliefs that are stored in the subconscious mind are slowly and gently replaced by powerful new positive beliefs. It is an automatic and unforced method of changing yourself from the inside-out.

However, having said that, you should be interested that most of your subconscious programming has taken place over an entire lifetime and it is unlikely to be changed in a few hours or days. In addition you may have several issues that overlap and may need more than one subliminal recording to reprogram. A example my be self confidence issues. You may have low self esteem and listen to a subliminal recording to boost this area but find that after listening to it for a week you still lack self esteem.

Reprogramming of the subconscious mind takes time and you will usually see lasting results after about twenty-eight days. It is my rule of thumb to give all personal development tools at least a month before looking for bona fide tangible results.

To those of you who are unconvinced of the effectiveness of subliminal messages I would ask this. Have you ever heard a piece of music in the morning without paying much attention to it yet had it in your head all day, perhaps even humming or singing it throughout your day?

I’ll lay a wager you have!

Have you ever been in a crowd totally unaware of all the conversations that were taking place until someone calls out your name? Are you also aware that you are receiving subliminal messages all day? The great majority of advertising campaigns are filled with subliminal messages in the form of visual input designed to elicit a specific response from you.

Using subliminal messages to transform your way of thinking is a great way to easily change your negative beliefs. Give them a shot for a couple of weeks and you will start to see positive changes in your everyday life.
